CIODN is a regional Organization Development Network strategically located in the growing OD Community of Central Illinois and is a bridge to Midwest Regional ODNs’. Founded May 2008 in Springfield, Illinois CIODN is registered in the State of Illinois as a Not For Profit organization & is governed by a Board of Directors.
CIODN is a network of OD professionals from business and academic settings where Organization Development values, expertise, tools, and resources are shared with members and the Central Illinois OD community. CIODN purpose is to foster a community of learners and practitioners to assist Central Illinois businesses and organizations in achieving their goals.
CIODN support is offered through educational events, presentations, workshops, interactive learning, and networking. All topics are current and relevant to OD Best Practice. CIODN is dedicated to continued growth and development of the OD Community in Central Illinois and aspires to be the professional network that promotes and links the field of Organization Development, Practitioners, & Businesses to High Performance & Success.
